Secretary/Director of Operations
(Member of Executive Leadership Team) The Secretary/Director of Operations of TechRochester (TR) serves as the organizational and operational arm of the leadership team. As such, the Secretary coordinates all meetings of the Board of Directors and provides written updates to the organization for record keeping purposes. The Secretary works with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to set meeting agendas, strategy for the organization, and maintain the historical record of TechRochester in accordance with the bylaws.
Director of Individual Membership
This individual is responsible for growing and supporting our individual membership.
Role-Specific
Develop and maintain Individual Membership benefits
Work with Director of Corporate Partnerships to convert certain individual members to Corporate Partners
Review and renew active individual membership
Create programming targeted specifically for TR Individual Members
Contribute to other programs, projects, and/or events as needed
